Founder
Misha has 15+ years of experience in leading investment banks (SocGen, UBS) and a leading European private equity fund (CapMan). Misha was working on on the boards of more than ten leading technology and traditional sector companies in Eastern Europe where he was driving the Companies ‘value creation via management hirings, M&A, strategy design and corporate governance improvements.
Misha is an experienced entrepreneur – cofounder at ETFm, a digital asset tokenization startup and TGCP, a cloud gaming company.
Misha holds and MBA from INSEAD, is writing research papers on psychology of leadership and corporate culture and is a father of 3 daughters.
